Dosage

What's the difference between Energy and Energy+?

Energy is single strength with 50mg caffeine in our Cool Mint flavour. Energy+ is double strength with 100mg caffeine in our Menthol Boost flavour. Both have vitamins B3, B6 and B12.

How quickly does it work?

The caffeine in our energy formulas starts to absorb in as little as five - ten minutes as you chew. Because it is absorbed through the mouth, it does not have to pass through your stomach first, and therefore absorbs faster than energy drinks or coffee.

How long should I chew for?

Can I chew it every day?
